Catz Finefood recipes use the mouse as their prey model, which means that at the nutritional level, the cat's prey is replicated – the recipes thus consist largely of fresh meat and a small proportion of vegetables and fruits (corresponding to the stomach contents of the mouse).
Cats are carnivores, their digestive system is therefore significantly different from that of herbivores. This is why the most digestible and beneficial diet for cats necessarily consists predominantly of meat.
However, it should be noted that animal proteins are not all the same: muscle meat and offal have a significantly higher nutritional value than inferior slaughter waste, therefore Catz uses exclusively fresh muscle meat and offal for its wet food. No animal by-products are used either.
Furthermore, Catz recipes contain no grain whatsoever, as well as only a few, clearly declared ingredients, so that the food is also suitable for nutritionally sensitive cats or those with food allergies.

Catz No. 3 with poultry contains, in addition to tender muscle meat, nutrient-rich offal such as heart and liver, which are processed and combined with lingonberries and dandelion. Furthermore, this wet food contains healthy thistle oil and taurine, which is extremely important for cats.
Lingonberries have antibacterial properties and are good for the urinary tract, they are also particularly rich in minerals and contribute to a healthy immune system.
Dandelion is considered a medicinal plant and is particularly rich in vitamins and minerals, whose prebiotic effect contributes to pleasant digestion.
When manufacturing the cat food, Catz pays particular attention to a nutrient-preserving processing method, so the ingredients are gently steamed, so that the valuable components and the natural taste are preserved as well as possible.
