1. Scope

  • This website and the online shop tierkiosk.ch are operated by Tierkiosk Lehmann. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, purchases and use of our website. By placing an order or using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

  • The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to place an order. A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by e-mail.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). As we are not subject to VAT, no VAT is shown.
  • Shipping costs are shown separately. Orders of CHF 30.00 or more are delivered free of charge.
  • Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
  • Delivery times depend on availability and the shipping provider. If an item is not in stock, we order it for you. The delivery time is then extended by approx. 3–5 working days, provided the item is available from the supplier. If an item is no longer available, we will inform you immediately and refund the amount paid.
  • Partial deliveries are possible at no extra cost to you.

5. Returns and exchanges

  • There is no right of withdrawal, return or exchange. Before ordering, please check the size information and product descriptions carefully, where available. If you have questions about the right size, we are happy to advise you (info@tierkiosk.ch).
  • If a product is defective or damaged, or a wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately. Together we will find a solution, whether replacement, exchange or refund.

6. Warranty

  • The statutory warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations applies (Art. 197 et seq. CO).
  • Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Damage caused by improper storage, handling or use is excluded from the warranty.

7. Liability

  • We are only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
  • Liability for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential damage (e.g. loss of profit, loss of data) is excluded.
  • Mandatory liability under Swiss law remains reserved.

8. Data protection

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can view on our website at any time.

9. Intellectual property

  • All content (texts, images, logos) on this website is protected by copyright. Any use beyond personal use is not permitted without our consent.

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

  • Swiss law applies exclusively.
  • The place of jurisdiction is Aegerten, Canton of Bern, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

11. Language versions

  • The online shop and these Terms and Conditions were translated automatically from German. Despite our care, translation errors cannot be ruled out and remain reserved.
  • In the event of any discrepancy, only the German version is binding.
