Shipping policy

1. General

We want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and reliably.

2. Shipping partner

• We ship all orders with Swiss Post.

3. Shipping time

• We usually ship your order within 1–3 working days of receiving it. Swiss Post normally delivers 1–2 working days later.
• If an item is not in stock, we order it for you. The delivery time is then extended by approx. 3–5 working days, provided the item is available from the supplier. You can see this directly on the product page.
• Partial deliveries are possible, for example when an item is sent to you directly by our delivery partner. This does not incur any extra cost for you.

4. Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 9.90 per order.
• Orders of CHF 30.00 or more are delivered free of charge.

5. Delivery area

• We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
• Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.
